Contributed Papers

redsmall.gif (178 bytes) A 35-word abstract must be typed double spaced on a separate sheet of paper and arranged with the title at the top of the page. Below the title, type the author’s name, affiliation, complete return address, telephone number, and the body of the abstract.

The first page of the summary must include the title of the talk at the top of the page, followed by the author’s name, affiliation and complete return address. The author(s) must include within the two-page limit all text, drawings, figures and references.

Pre-registration form deadline February 21, 2000.
The deadline for the papers submission is April 15, 2000.
The authors will be notified of the papers acceptance by May 5, 2000.

Proceedings

Text of all plenary , invited and contributed papers will be reproduced in a bound volume of postconference proceedings, which will be distributed to all registered participants.

PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPTS.
The total length of the manuscript, including figures, tables and references, must not exceed twenty pages. The manuscript must be typed or printed in English with spacing one and a half within 15cm rectangular area. The first page of the manuscript must include the title (centered, capitalized) at the top of the page, followed by the author’s name(s), affiliation(s) and complete return address(es) (centered) and then the body of the abstract. Begin typing the next leaving one blank line. Use black ink, white paper. Cite references at the end of the manuscript. Pages must not be numbered. We ask participants to bring the camera-ready manuscripts and electronic files to the symposium.
