During the symposium we plan the following events:

   Excursions in Akademgorodok: Museum under Opening Air, the Church, a visit to Lavrentyev's House, the Stones Museum (Institute of Geology), Archaeology Museum; Exhibition Center of SB RAS; Museum of Railway Equipment

   Excursions in the city of Novosibirsk including a visit to the “Siberian Birch Bark” Museum

After the Symposium, we plan a short sightseeing tour to Altai Republic. In particular, we are going to visit the famous “Denisova Cave”. We plan start our trip on August 29 (in dinner time) and return on August 31 (Saturday, late evening). So, the participants may book their return flights from Novosibirsk on September 1 (Sunday). Price of the trip will be no more than 200 euros per person (all is included).

 Clothes for the trip to Altai

 The clothes for the trip must be comfortable.

 Please take all you usually put on for walking and tourist trips. Make sure that you have taken a warm sweater, socks, and a wind-breaker for cool weather!

 Please also take

  a pair of gym-shoes and a pair of high waterproof footwear (sports boots or running shoes): if one pair gets wet, you will be able to change it for a dry one!
